The online web voting and telephone voting for the Meeting operated by the Company’s Registrar and Transfer Agent, Pacific Corporate Trust Company, (the “Transfer Agent”) is not operating due to technical difficulties. Due to this fact, proxies will be accepted right up to the beginning of the meeting. Shareholders who have previously voted by web or telephone may complete and send a new VIF Form or proxy by facsimile to (604) 691-1605, which is the meeting fax number.
