Our Realtime Payment Manager, RPM, has now been updated with a new look and feel. We’re continuously working to improve your interaction with RPM while ensuring the process of your management your transactions is smooth, quick, and easier-than-ever.

As a part of our continued commitment to our Realtime Payment Manager, RPM, we will be making some noteworthy changes to the “look and feel” of our user interface to serve you better. These polished new updates will be in effect February 21st, 2008, here’s what is in store:

Once logged in, you will immediately notice a more modern interface with softer colors and easy to read text. These improvements come on the heels of much-appreciated feedback from merchants like yourself. Please note that although this is mainly a design change, we have also changed some naming conventions & positioning to increase efficiency.

1) You will notice that the “Search” link in the main menu bar has been renamed as “Transactions”.

2) In the top, right hand corner of the page, the link “Logged in as …” has now been changed to “My Account”. (more…)
