As a part of our continued commitment to our Realtime Payment Manager, RPM, we will be making some noteworthy changes to the “look and feel” of our user interface to serve you better. These polished new updates will be in effect February 21st, 2008, here’s what is in store:

Once logged in, you will immediately notice a more modern interface with softer colors and easy to read text. These improvements come on the heels of much-appreciated feedback from merchants like yourself. Please note that although this is mainly a design change, we have also changed some naming conventions & positioning to increase efficiency.

1) You will notice that the “Search” link in the main menu bar has been renamed as “Transactions”.

2) In the top, right hand corner of the page, the link “Logged in as …” has now been changed to “My Account”.

3) The POS screen now separates the Merchant/Terminal options to allow you to focus on your transactions. Once set, the Merchant/Terminal options remain static until changed.

Our Research & Design team has been working diligently over the past several weeks to showcase an interface that will effectively increase your productivity and reduce frustration. Your continued feedback helps us focus on your concerns and allows us strive for a “made-for-you” product.
