Batch File Formats

Included within our Batch functionality is the ability to upload .CSV and .SPW files for batch processing. The file format specs are available for download here:

• CSV (SMFTCSV) (.pdf) - for use with RPM Batches and Secure Batch
• SPW (.doc) - for use with RPM Batches imported from Scotia Payment Workstation

GPG Encryption

• GPGWin Encryption Package (Windows Platform)

This application runs on Windows-based operating systems and provides an encryption using “Public Key Cryptography” [wiki]. GPG4Win originates from GPG4Win.org.

In addition to downloading and installing the GPG4Win package, you will need to download our Public Key¹.

¹To download the Public Key, right click on your mouse and select “Save As”
