Our management team captures the essence of E-xact’s domain with Peter’s understanding of the business of financial management and Brian’s mastery of technology development.
Peter Fahlman, Co-founder, Chief Executive Officer, President, and a director of the Corporation.
With over 20 years of experience in the computer industry, with an emphasis on networking, Mr. Fahlman devotes 100% of his time to the company and has served it in this capacity since its beginnings.
Brian Archer, Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer, and a director of the Corporation.
Dedicating 100% of his time to the company, Mr. Archer has been with E-xact since it’s inception in 1998 and has more than 20 years of experience in the field of software development. With his experience and technical expertise, Brian was one of the key figures in building and developing E-xact’s core transaction software.
Geoff Flamank, Operations Manager
Geoff’s last 8 years were spent working as Director of Services for the Software Productivity Center, a recognized world leader in assessing and delivering consulting and training in software best practices. During this term Geoff was an invited speaker at the Software Development East and West industry conferences, DOW Chemical’s annual Webinar series, Technology Builders KnowledgeShare series, and others. Geoff has provided due diligence services to venture capital firms such as Ventures West, Growthworks, and provided management or training expertise to companies such as Simba Technologies, MacDonald Dettwiler and Associates, Rockwell Software/Dynapro, State of Kenucky, Premera Blue Cross and more. Geoff won the Quality Assurance Institute of America’s “Best of the Best” Award for work involving software development metrics; published and presented work at the Pacific Northwest Quality Conference where he was a finalist for the Software Excellence Award.
