Peter Fahlman
Co-founder, CEO, President, Director

With over 20 years of experience in the computer industry, with an emphasis on networking, Mr. Fahlman devotes 100% of his time to the company and has served it in this capacity since its beginnings.

Brian Archer
Co-founder, CTO, Director

Dedicating 100% of his time to the company, Mr. Archer has been with E-xact since it’s inception in 1998 and has more than 20 years of experience in the field of software development. With his experience and technical expertise, Brian was one of the key figures in building and developing E-xact’s core transaction software.

Geoff Flamank
Operations Manager

Mr. Flamank has over 30 years of experience in IT including working as Director of Services, due diligence services, and providing management and training expertise to a number of corporations. As Operations Manager at E-xact, he directs administration and development ensuring the company’s efficiency.
