Just enter the transaction details, hit Send,a and in just seconds instantly view the results in the receipt returned from the system. Plus, card details can be entered manually or through an attached card-swipe device.
Advanced Reporting
RPM includes a comprehensive reporting package. The reports available include:
- Activity: Reports are based on all activity processed per terminal, including declined transactions.
- Deposit: Virtual terminal reports based on all approved transactions sorted by terminal.
Reporting sorted by credit card type is also provided.
Plus, all reports can be downloaded in Comma Separated Value (CSV) format.
Report information can also be viewed in a number of ways:
- Summary: Displays total amounts and subtotals based on transaction types per card or terminal
- List: Lists individual transactions for a specific date range and can also be based on card type, terminal, transaction type, etc.
- Audit History: Displays the history of a particular transaction
- Detail: Displays the complete Customer Transaction Record (CTR)
Email Notifications
E-xact’s email reporting makes it easy to get the latest transaction activity delivered right to your email Inbox bringing information you used to spend hours hunting down and manually calculating. Your choice of Daily and/or Monthly email reports include summaries of account activity, deposits, and transaction declined & approved totals. We also send out Alert messages to notify you of any service interruptions, holidays, or planned maintenance.
Searching
E-xact maintains a complete history of your transactions and makes them available through a flexible search interface. You can quickly find answers to questions about specific transactions, and search for groups of transactions to help you learn more about how your customers do business.
