The company completed a recent investment round in November 2020 with Platform taking the lead position. With this latest investment, Rahul Gupta agreed to join the board, serving as its chairman. ZACHARY JARVINEN

Zachary leads Exact Payment’s marketing team and initiatives. During his 15+ years in marketing leadership, he has grown a data analytics startup to #87 on the Inc. 5000 list, helped expand global markets for Fortune 500 Epson, lead AI & Analytics product marketing at enterprise software giant OpenText, and most recently was the VP Marketing at another PE-backed leader.

Zachary is a member of the Forbes Technology Council, a published author, and focuses on communicating the value of PayFac technology and Exact Payments to the market, in an approachable way in which organizations can benefit from to grow their respective businesses.

Zachary graduated summa cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles for his BA, and also holds an MBA/MSc from UCLA and the London School of Economics.

Karin has nearly two decades of experience in human resources leadership role in companies of all sizes and diverse industries. She is a Silicon Valley start-up/early-stage company veteran with a passion to build and scale and has initiated and scaled the people function in companies including Very Good Security, Roostify, and Automation Anywhere.

She holds an MBA degree from John F. Kennedy University; a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification; and is a trained facilitator and certified practitioner in a number of personality, leadership and team assessment instruments, including Enneagram and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.

BRANDON ZORNER

CHIEF SALES OFFICER

Brandon has over a decade of experience in the fintech and software industries. Most recently, he led the sales team for Finix’s managed payment facilitation product. He is passionate about helping entrepreneurs and business owners create excellent customer experiences by incorporating fintech into their products.

He and his teams were key to scaling revenue at organizations including Uber, Ladder, and Western Union’s digital division. At these organizations, Brandon focused on generating growth via enterprise partnerships, channel acquisition, and marketing.

Brandon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Philosophy, and Psychology from Cornell University.

DAVE WILSON

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, PAYFAC OPERATIONS

With over 15 years of industry experience in operations & risk management, Dave has led the buildout and launch of payment facilitator platforms for multiple software companies.

Additionally, Dave has held a VP of Operations role with Paid, Inc. & ShipTime Canada, a publicly traded software company that became a payment facilitator and also an SVP of Operations position with Spindle, Inc., another publicly traded payment facilitator startup, managing their risk, underwriting, and day-to-day operations.

Dave holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Arizona State University.

CFO

Michael has spent his career in professional services and investment roles across multiple companies and industries. Prior to his time here with Exact Payments, Michael was an investment professional at Platform Partners, a private equity firm focused on investing in lower middle market companies across a broad array of industries.

Prior to Platform Partners, Michael worked at Credit Suisse in the investment banking group where he focused on financing and M&A activity within the energy industry. Michael began his career at Ernst & Young in the assurance practice.

Michael received his BBA in Accounting and Masters in Professional Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin.

RAVI RAJAMIYER

CTO

Ravi brings more than 20 years of experience building and leading technology teams across industries from global payments to Cloud Security, AI/Machine Learning, Data Center Virtualization and mobile application development.

At PayPal, Ravi led the engineering team responsible for Global Payments platform development. His work focused on building exceptional customer experiences across the merchant lifecycle including: onboarding, risk/underwriting, servicing, reporting and disputes management. He and his team led the execution of a Cloud native transformation of payments infrastructure covering a global footprint.

Ravi received his M. Tech. from the Indian Institute of Technology in Mumbai and completed his PhD from Washington University in St. Louis, MO.

Phil is a payments industry veteran with more than 18 years experience in senior and executive leadership roles. Most recently, Phil was Managing Director, Payments at Silicon Valley Bank where he was responsible for building and managing the merchant services business serving the company’s portfolio of Fintech, eCommerce and Life Sciences companies. Prior to SVB, Phil led product strategy, product development and business development for industry leaders including: Fiserv/First Data, FIS and eFunds Corporation.

Phil holds a Bachelors Degree in Government & Law from Lafayette College and MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from University of Rochester.
